Serge is a building services engineer with over 25 years experience and is well known for his hands-on approach.

Serge's experience covers a wide range of projects at all scales including: healthcare, retail/commercial buildings, arts buildings, educational/sports facilities, and high-end residential.

Serge has previously been with Mendick Waring Ltd before setting up Serge Lai Engineers Ltd in April 2008.
